I just wanted to take a minute and say how impressed I am with the Big Idea techs and their work ethic, as well as with how much Big Idea Technology cares about fixing our IT problems. I was mentioning this to a colleague and she agreed with me, saying that Big Idea has the nicest IT professionals she has ever interacted with. I definitely agree!
